Britton’s Bullpen | 1st Annual Fall Instructional Clinic for boys League Age 13 in 2020. Our clinic is open to any and all players. Only 22 will be accepted. (divided into 2 teams of 11) $125 fee
Our fall clinic will be instructed by Phil britton, Britton’s Bullpen field staff and guest Instructors including: Mike Rodgers of The Inside Korner, NJCAA Hall of Fame inductee and OCC Head Baseball Coach Dennis Conley, along with OCC players.
Our goal for the league age 13u players will be to prep for the 2020 season. Our dimensions will move from 50/70 to 54/80. Attending our fall clinic will give our participants a much needed advantage heading into the 2020 season.
Fundamentals to be covered during the instruction will include: an emphasis on base running, controlling the run game, outfield and infield fundamentals, pitching fundamentals, along with drill work each player can use at home to develop their game. Our games are played and officiated at a pace that each player can keep up with. The main goal of our ball games? Stop the game, slow down to explain why certain plays are made, rewind and replay the situation and get it right. We want to make sure players are getting the most out of the game of baseball.
Our fall instructional clinic is known for bringing prospective players together from other areas and towns, helping develop new friends and competitors. We encourage all players to stay in contact with each other, as we stress the importance of being a good teammate.
Our fall instructional clinic will play on Sundays featuring 1:00:00 of instruction prior to each game, where we will play 6 innings, or 1:30:00. We will assign players into 2 teams, solidifying the schedule closer to the start of the clinic.
